wow! Loved the shoulders and arms! Ab Ripper X I can see myself loving but I have to shed some more of the spare tire before I will enjoy it properly. My abs used to be the strongest part of my body and I know we'll get there again. But for now I have to revel in my shoulder and arm workout! I was sort of dreading this workout but found that I really really enjoyed it. So far core synergistics is my least favourite workout...so far.

wowsa!!!! I know I can do better on this one but that's all I had today.
Now I understand how Lisa was so in love with this workout!!! The time flies because you enjoy it. And Tony Horton is very easy to listen to...he just seems like an average joe...with a ripped physique but still he makes mistakes and takes breaks like a normal person needs to. I also love that he tells you it's okay if you can only do it this way or this many reps. Love it!
Tomorrow is Yoga X...I love Yoga but I know it's not the relaxing enjoy the tranquility of it all version...it's the sweat your butt off and feel the burn kind of Yoga and I'm excited scared :)

Hey Pammy...Great workout. So are you using bands for the whole thing? Do you have any dumbbells? Later on, you might want to give that a try too...
ReplyDeleteAwesome job on the Ab Ripper too...that one's tough. I love that Tony says to take breaks.
Yep...have fun with the Yoga! LOL
yep just the bands for now. I have some weights 1, 2, 3,5, and 10...eventually I'll get some more. I thought I'd start with the bands and then graduate to the dumbbells. Although the bands are quite the workout. The resistance is awesome.
ReplyDeleteI'm a big fan of how not perfect Tony makes it all.
